KIVARI x Cape Byron Distillery
Our Byron Bay team took an early afternoon a few weeks ago to celebrate the incredible launch of our SEAFARER Collection, arriving into the hinterland at Cape Byron Distillery. It was one of those incredibly hot Northern NSW days, the sun was starting to disappear over the mountains and all that was left to do was sip a gin & tonic among the beautiful rainforest. Cape Byron Distillery is home to Brookie’s Gin {it’s a team favourite!}, a Byron Bay dry gin whereby most of the ingredients come from the backyard that they call the Brook farm. The team took us on a tour of the farm and through their process of distilling, an experience we each appreciated ~ learning about the land we call home in Byron Bay & what this team has done to successfully regenerate it.
Finishing with a Watermelon Spritz & local harvest spread, we took the chance to relax and, honestly, mostly talk about how much we loved this new collection.
