By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that KIVARI is not liable for any delay in delivery.
All international orders are shipped with DHL and flat rate shipping fees will be added to your order according to your country. Additionally, international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These will be calculated and charged at checkout.
Please contact customercare@kivari.com.au for any assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

- Flat rate of USD $25
- All orders over $250.00 are eligible for free shipping.
Delivery & Dispatch Time
We aim to have your order processed as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched via a DHL express service and will require signature on delivery.
All online orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Please note during sales or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.
Duties & Taxes
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
- All orders to the USA are shipped from Sydney, Australia via DHL
- All orders to the USA are delivered with all duties and taxes paid by KIVARI, so once your parcel has been delivered there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $250 USD
- Orders under $250 USD have a flat $25 USD shipping rate
- All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express
- Any duties and taxes payable on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and KIVARI has no control over these costs. These orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are charged to the customer at checkout so once your parcel has been delivered there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.

Once your order has been packed with love and has left our warehouse it is then in the hands of DHL. We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery does not go to plan, if your parcel has taken longer than expected to reach you, please contact customer care and we will do our very best to try and resolve the issue on our end as soon as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed after 4pm (PST) are processed within one business day of being placed and are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on Friday and Saturdays will be processed the next business day. Please note during sale periods, there might be a slight delay with processing time frames. All online orders are hand-picked by our lovely online team aiming to processes orders as soon as possible. WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER THE ORDER?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. When the order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with the courier’s information. Our international orders are dispatched by express DHL service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you’re not home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a reminder slip with their contact information. You can also call the courier directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE A SHIPMENT?
If you refuse a shipment from KIVARI or refuse to pay any duties and taxes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KIVARI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. KIVARI will not cover any duties and taxes charge that may occur.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel an order or stop an order from being dispatched on your request. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our Returns Policy.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GIFT CARD?
Digital gift cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned or cancelled.
