Full Priced Items
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned within 21 days of delivery. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Swimwear
All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, all tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
Jewelry
All purchases on jewelry are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewelry unless deemed faulty by our team.
Promotional Items
Items that have been purchased during a promotion (e.g FLASH SALE) are subject to promotional specific return conditions. Please see below for specific terms and conditions.
Sale Items
Items that have been purchased from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

From time to time KIVARI may run special online sale offers that may involve applying a discount code. These promotional discount codes that has been advertised on the website through a homepage banner, eDM and Instagram socials are to be applied at checkout to receive the discount. In order to take advantage of these special promotional offer, you must apply the correct promotional discount code advertised at the checkout under “gift card or discount code section and click the button “apply” to ensure this discount code has applied to your order. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction. If a discount code states it has expired and is invalid, KIVARI reserves the right to deny honouring this discount if the code is no longer valid.

1. Promoter
The promoter is Wild & Free Pty Ltd trading as KIVARI, ABN 30 600 435 069 (“KIVARI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of KIVARI, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their household are not eligible to enter.
2.4. Entrants must provide their full name, email address and phone number when completing the official competition entry form.
2.5. Entrants must provide accurate and current information when entering the competition.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition opens at 8:00am AEST on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
3.2. The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 (“Competition Period”).
3.3. Entries received after the Competition Period closes will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
During the Competition Period, participants must:
a) Complete the official KIVARI competition entry form; and
b) Provide their full name, email address and phone number as requested on the entry form.
4.1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
4.2. Entry is free.
4.3. Each eligible person may submit one (1) entry only.
4.4. Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be deemed invalid and may be disqualified at KIVARI’s discretion.
4.5. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.
4.6. KIVARI is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or unable to be received due to technical issues.
5. Prize
5.1. There is one (1) prize to be won.
5.2. The winner will receive one (1) KIVARI gift card valued at US$1,000, to be used towards a KIVARI wardrobe.
5.3. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is US$1,000.
5.4. The gift card will be issued digitally and will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, subject to KIVARI’s applicable gift card terms and conditions.
5.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by applicable law.
5.6. The prize cannot be substituted for another product, service or cash alternative, except at KIVARI’s discretion or where required by law.
5.7. Any costs associated with redeeming the prize that are not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2. The draw will take place on or after 10:00am AEST on Friday, 18 September 2026.
6.3. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
6.4. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided when entering the competition.
6.5. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of being notified to claim the prize and provide any information reasonably required by KIVARI to verify their eligibility.
6.6. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release, where permitted by applicable law, before being confirmed as the winner.
6.7. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, KIVARI reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
6.8. The prize will be awarded only after the selected winner has been verified as eligible.
7. Verification
7.1. KIVARI reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
7.2. KIVARI may request proof of identity, age, residency or eligibility before awarding the prize.
7.3. The selected winner must provide any requested verification information within the timeframe specified by KIVARI.
7.4. If the selected winner is unable to satisfactorily verify their eligibility, KIVARI reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Disqualification
KIVARI may disqualify any entry that:
a) Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
b) Contains false, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information;
c) Contains information that does not belong to the person entering the competition;
d) Is submitted using bots, automated entry methods or other unfair means; or
e) Cannot be verified by KIVARI.
9. Privacy
9.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to KIVARI collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, including processing entries, contacting the potential winner, verifying eligibility and delivering the prize.
9.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with KIVARI’s Privacy Policy available on the KIVARI website.
9.3. Where an entrant separately opts in to receive marketing communications from KIVARI, their personal information may also be used for marketing purposes in accordance with their consent and KIVARI’s Privacy Policy.
9.4. Entry into the competition does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications unless the entrant has separately provided the required consent.
10. Taxes
10.1. Any federal, state or local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10.2. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for KIVARI to comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIVARI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claim or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the competition or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
11.2. KIVARI is not responsible for technical failures, network failures, computer or telecommunications malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received or processed.
11.3. KIVARI reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the competition.
12. General
12.1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12.2. KIVARI reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
12.3. KIVARI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
12.4. All decisions made by KIVARI regarding the competition are final, subject to applicable law.
12.5. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
12.6. This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Product Availability & Pricing
Product availability, product prices and promotions may vary between our boutiques and those found on this website. We may vary the prices on this website at any time. You agree to pay the purchase price for the products as specified on the website plus any applicable delivery charges at the time of purchase.
While we make all reasonable efforts to keep our stock quantities as up-to-date as possible on the website, stock quantities are not updated in real time. This means that on some occasions items will become unavailable in the warehouse shortly after your order is purchased and before your order is fulfilled. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible and offered a refund, KIVARI gift card or suitable replacement. If your order is cancelled by us in these circumstances, we will refund in full the amount you have paid for the unavailable product and any relevant shipping costs. We cannot provide rain checks for products ordered online.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable quantities and to cancel or reject orders for quantities where we suspect that the purchaser is purchasing for resale and not for personal use.
Digital gift cards:
Digital gift cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned or cancelled.

The KIVARI mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by KIVARI (“KIVARI)”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to KIVARI’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of KIVARI through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g. order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g. cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with KIVARI. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KIVARI OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT KIVARI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDER FROM KIVARI OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. Site Feedback:
Any comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to KIVARI in connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by KIVARI on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of KIVARI. By submitting any such information to KIVARI, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that KIVARI shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
International duties and taxes charges:
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in your country. KIVARI does not have control on what these duties and taxes charges are and suggest to contact your local DHL to be aware of any charges which may occur receiving in orders from Australia.
Refusing a shipment:
If you refuse a shipment from KIVARI or refuse to pay any duties and taxes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KIVARI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. KIVARI will not cover any duties and taxes charge that may occur.
USA Custom Clearance:
Depending on the value and commodity of goods, you may be requested by U.S. Customs Border Protection to provide your social security number (SSN). The purpose is for tax administration by the U.S. government. This information should be provided to the carrier (DHL Express) when prompted. Please note DHL takes all precautions to ensure data protection for our customer's sensitive information. Your personal information is not stored and is destroyed. DHL Express will send an encrypted email to you, the receiver, to upload the requested information / documentation for clearance.
If you do not supply your SSN, your order will not be able to be released and will be returned to KIVARI. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KIVARI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Governing Law:
The party you are contracting with and the seller of the products and services offered and sold on this Site is KIVARI. All issues related to the protection, infringement, or misuse of copyrighted materials shall be governed by the copyright laws of Australia. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts sitting in Australia, and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding. You also agree that you not to assert in any legal action or proceeding involving KIVARI that a court sitting in Australia is an inconvenient forum for such legal action or proceeding.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
